Conserva la estructura original para reducir el impacto de la obra y aprovechar su inercia térmica; incorpora cubierta verde, luz natural, climatización mediante vigas frías y medidas de ahorro de agua. IDOM indica que el edificio obtuvo la certificación LEED Gold.
