- 40/50/60% (grande/mediana/pequeña), con posibles incrementos territoriales y límites de coste.
- Investigación y viabilidad
- 50–70%; desarrollo experimental: 25–45%, según tamaño.
- Techos de las bases
- 30 M€ por empresa y proyecto de reciclaje; 35 M€ en investigación, 25 M€ en desarrollo y 8,25 M€ por estudio de viabilidad.
